Prior to founding Destination Healthcare Services, he spent 5 years working at Fortune 500 Company Optum (United health Group) managing healthcare tech projects in both managed‑care and acute settings, including high‑budget initiatives.
Howard lives in Dallas with his wife and two daughters and chose the city for its community spirit and entrepreneurial energy and family friendly lifestyle.
