Our firm was founded by two partners with broad private investment and business building experience. We are looking to build a small portfolio (3-5 investments at any time) that are primarily control investments that we can grow (through organic growth and bolt on acquisitions) and sell in a 3-7 year time horizon. At previous firms we have collectively overseen the deployment of over $1bn of capital into over 100 portfolio companies (through various debt and equity structures). We are investing off our own balance sheet that has been supplemented with support from a small group of LPs that have made commitments.
