My name is Chris Barnard. I’m the owner and CEO of Dedicated Logistics Partner, an asset-based final and middle mile carrier with active contracts in place and a strong operational footprint in New England, New York, and Florida.
I’m actively seeking to acquire a logistics or transportation company in the neighborhood of $10M in revenue. I bring 30+ years of industry leadership, operational experience, and a track record of scaling route-based businesses. My goal is to identify a strong company where I can step in as operator and continue to grow the platform.
I’m not bringing personal capital to the table. I work with equity and debt partners who support operator-led acquisitions and I’m happy to share more on structure, background, and acquisition criteria.
