We are geographically split between Atlanta and Dallas, but our clients are usually incorporated in Texas. Our "public" face helps small business owners sell through very public outlets like the typical internet advertising sites. Our private practice utilizes more thorough valuation techniques to quantify and position those SMEs with more valuable assets. We do not advertise our private client opportunities due to the impact of such "publicity" cannibalizing efforts to bring them to market.
