By offering these options we create a culture of clinical excellence wrapped in a culture of leadership, collaboration and team development. This unique recipe results in improved patient care, improved Dentist, and team satisfaction because they are part of a support organization that truly impacts the patient experience.
Our goal is three-fold in order to lead the Dental Service Organization (DSO) industry: First, by improving the patient experience, delivering best practices dental care, cultivating intelligent partnerships, training & mentoring team members with seasoned leadership we will increase organic and acquisition revenue; Second, we will implement a partial centralization model to increase efficiencies and reduce overhead; and Lastly, we will implement the latest technology and analytics to improve data driven decision-making.
