David Wilkings is a business operations leader with more than twelve years of experience across healthcare SaaS and financial services. His work has centered on building operating models, teams, and processes that support growth across multiple locations and within complex regulatory environments. Most recently, David led operations at Niuz, where he helped scale the business from prototype to enterprise adoption across more than 150 healthcare facilities in North America. He was responsible for operational execution, cross functional team leadership, and market expansion, and introduced automation and AI into service delivery to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. His role also included supporting due diligence and integration planning.
Earlier in his career, David held senior operational and transformation roles at IGM Financial and Mackenzie Investments, two of Canada’s leading diversified wealth and asset management firms. In these roles, he led large scale process and digital transformation initiatives, working closely with senior leadership to improve client experiences, design new operating processes, and deliver measurable gains
David’s approach is grounded in experiential design, business design, and continuous improvement practices, including Design Thinking and Lean Six Sigma (which he holds a Black Belt in). Throughout his career, he has emphasized disciplined execution over rapid experimentation, building scalable and repeatable operating systems.
David is investing personal capital alongside co-investors providing full alignment from Day 1.
