I am seeking majority or meaningful minority ownership in profitable, defensible businesses with strong fundamentals, recurring or repeat revenue, and capable teams already in place. My primary focus areas include healthcare services, healthcare distribution and equipment, B2B services, specialty manufacturing, and asset-light or asset-backed businesses where professional management and systems—not the owner—drive day-to-day operations.
My investment criteria generally include:
$1M–$6M in revenue
$300K–$1.5M in EBITDA / SDE
Stable or growing cash flow with clear drivers
Opportunities where a general manager or leadership team can remain post-close
Willingness by sellers to support a thoughtful transition
