We believe we are able to achieve outsized market returns for our fund and LPs while maintaining limited risk exposure due to the nature of guaranteed rent payments. We are currently looking to make acquisitions in alternate verticals in the B2B space.
Josh Marass, GP at Dane Equity, has over 7 years experience of in purchasing, managing, and owning Section 8 rental properties in Chicago and achieving outsized market returns. He built a team of local experts in the Chicago market to handle all aspects of the real estate investing and managing the process. He has significant professional experience outside of real estate, managing due diligence transactions including a $10 billion public company merger.
