Confidentiality and integrity are the two most important characteristics of an effective business broker. These are the core values of our firm as it relates to how we deal with both buyers and sellers.
In every transaction, all relevant information is available at the appropriate time to both parties to insure an equitable and mutually beneficial conclusion.
Part of the "Crossroads Process" is to educate the client in the buying or selling process BEFORE they decide if there is a fit with our firm, as we do not match up with everyone.
It is important that we understand our clients' objectives and they understand the process by which we assist them in achieving those objectives.
As part of that process, we provide professional references that include former clients, closing attorneys and bank officers who are familiar with Crossroads Business Group, LLC and how we conduct business.
Secondly, our initial meeting with a potential client is to explore how we might provide them the services related to buying or selling a business and learn more about the business. There is no charge for this meeting and any and all fees associated with services are discussed and explained at that time.
Once a client has engaged our services, we develop an action plan that outlines what we will do, when we will do it and how we will do it. In addition to the plan, we provide regular updates on the status of the project.
