Acquiring and growing founder-owned service businesses supporting buildings, facilities & infrastructure.
Corven Holdings is a long-term-oriented investment firm focused on acquiring and growing established, cash-flowing service businesses that help keep buildings, facilities, infrastructure, and other critical physical assets operational, safe, and compliant.
The firm seeks majority-control acquisitions of founder-owned and privately held companies where ownership transition, continuity for employees and customers, and disciplined growth are priorities.
Corven is particularly drawn to service businesses with recurring maintenance needs, technical expertise, field execution, regulatory requirements, and customer trust. Together, these attributes support durable demand and defensible market positions.
Corven invests personal capital alongside aligned capital partners on a deal-by-deal basis. The firm is built around thoughtful ownership, continuity, and disciplined growth, with an approach centered on supporting strong existing management teams, developing internal leadership where possible, and adding experienced operating talent when appropriate.
Prior to founding Corven, Todd Feldman co-founded Avo Capital Partners and was the first hire at TriPost Capital Partners, where he helped build and execute the firm’s investment platform from inception. Todd has more than 13 years of investment experience across real estate and private equity, including platform investments, acquisitions, recapitalizations, joint ventures, GP/sponsor equity investments, and building and scaling operating businesses.
That experience gave me direct exposure to the maintenance, compliance, and vendor relationships that keep buildings, facilities, infrastructure, and other critical physical assets operational, safe, reliable, and compliant. That perspective informs Corven’s focus on the specialized service businesses that support those needs.
Corven seeks to preserve what has made a company successful while providing capital, strategic support, financial discipline, systems, business development, and M&A capabilities to support long-term growth.
