Conquest Capital is a Chicago-based private investment firm focused on acquiring and operating small to lower middle-market businesses in the Midwest. We target profitable, established companies with durable cash flow, defensible market positions, and strong customer retention. Our primary focus is on businesses with recurring or repeat revenue, diversified customer bases, and opportunities for operational optimization and long-term value creation.
We seek companies generating approximately $300K–$1.5M in EBITDA across industries such as industrial services, infrastructure-related services, niche manufacturing, insurance brokerage, and technology-enabled B2B services. We are particularly interested in businesses with retiring or transitioning ownership where continuity, stewardship, and disciplined capital allocation are priorities.
Conquest Capital takes a long-term ownership approach. We are not a financial flipper; we partner with sellers to ensure smooth transitions, preserve company legacy, and invest in sustainable growth. Our strategy centers on strengthening management infrastructure, refining pricing discipline, improving financial visibility, and expanding market presence through organic initiatives and selective add-on acquisitions.
