TC Business Brokers’ owner and broker, Jeff Manera, has a deep and broad background in business valuation, commercial real estate and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). He has spent the better part of a decade in the Stuart and Martin County area, working closely with many business owners to understand their businesses and help navigate their commercial leases and real estate needs.
As a licensed Broker and since the 1980’s, Jeff has been responsible for or involved with dozens of complex real life deals involving Florida businesses and commercial real estate, including structuring a number of large M&A deals in Florida and across the US, as both a principal and intermediary. During these ventures, Jeff structured and negotiated “earn-outs” and seller/lender financing packages to address both the buyer and seller needs.
