Dr. Cornelia Shipley Bearyman is an entrepreneur, investor, and business strategist with more than 20 years of experience building and leading businesses across professional services, real estate redevelopment and investment, telecommunications infrastructure, and media production. She is the founder and CEO of 3C Consulting and co-owner of businesses in real estate and telecommunications. Her acquisition focus is on established, profitable companies with durable demand, recurring revenue, strong customer relationships, and resilient business models, including essential services, property and facility services, infrastructure-related businesses, specialized B2B services, and route-based or manager-operated businesses.
Cornelia is particularly interested in succession opportunities where owners want to preserve the legacy of what they have built while positioning the business for continued growth. She is currently seeking acquisition opportunities in Michigan, Virginia, and Georgia, with a preference for businesses generating a minimum of $500,000 in EBITDA. Her approach is to retain what is working, strengthen leadership and operational infrastructure, and invest for the long term. She holds an MBA in Strategy and a PhD focused on Conscious Business and Leadership and is participating in New Majority Capital’s Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition program.
