Founded by the current CEO, Robert Lawson, who has owned several tier one and tier two manufacturing facilities both nationally and internationally over the past 40 years. In 2003 CNC Jobs was formed as a staffing/contract employment company specializing in all facets of manufacturing with first-year gross sales in excess of $5M and over 150 contract employees. CNC Jobs formed an affiliation with Select Staffing and Trillium Staffing as sales averaged $20M annually with over 400 contract employees. Since inception in 2003, the CNC Jobs brand has been synonymous as the #1 employment source specializing in all facets of manufacturing and technology.
In 2012, CNC Jobs Inc. launched CNC Jobs Global. In 2013, CNC Jobs immediately began working on a comprehensive solution aimed at the entire employment industry. This “One of a Kind” Job Board solution is the first fully integrated Video Job Board and Job Search Engine. In addition a new subsidiary was also introduced, CNC Jobs HR Services. This new division of CNC Jobs Inc. provides services to companies consisting of direct hire recruiting, executive staffing, and payroll funding.
