We are a privately-held corporation founded in 2007 with the principal objective of commercializing products and solutions incorporating our proprietary “Atometry” technology, an advanced diagnostic technique incorporating high resolution gamma ray spectroscopy and fast-neutron activation analysis, to the global market.
Our technologies and related hardware, software and algorithms were developed with an investment of greater than $15 million over the span of a decade including numerous government research grants from the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), U.S. Customs and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Our advanced threat materials detectors have been successfully evaluated in field tests and demonstrations by the U.S. Army, Department of Homeland Security, the Transportation Security Administration and leading state and local law enforcement agencies. In December 2011, Clear Path’s award-winning GIA Tracker system was selected as “Best Chemical-Specific Detection Solution” by Government Security News (GSN) Magazine, the leading trade publication for homeland security.
Our family of products, incorporating our patent-pending “Atometer” sensor platform, perform real time, non-invasive advanced chemical analysis, without human intervention. Unlike X-ray technology that shows a mere outline of a suspicious object, our detection devices provide diagnostic and confirmatory intelligence, allowing security personnel to “see”, with 97.75% accuracy, the chemical composition of a suspicious object. Our revolutionary technology and accuracy rate has made us the market leader in the non-invasive confirmatory detection of threat materials.
