Cintar Group LLC was formed in January 2024 by three partners Sean Salas, Kenneth Salas and Michael Chamberlayne who worked together for at least seven years as executives of Camino Financial, a small business lender. Together, we have over 49 years of experience in financial services. At Camino Financial, we grew the company to over $20 million in reported annual revenue and 169 employees in the U.S., Mexico and Colombia. We successfully exited the business following the merger of Camino Financial with a larger competitor in the industry. Prior to founding Camino Financial, Sean and Kenneth worked as financial analyst at middle market private equity firms and have closed several transactions. Prior to joining Camino Financial, Michael had an extensive career in equity market research.
