I am an experienced executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience, including senior leadership roles with Best Buy and currently serving as a Site Leader with Grainger, where I lead a large distribution operation and several hundred team members.
I am seeking to acquire one established business with a purchase price of up to approximately $2 million. I have begun discussions with SBA lenders, including Live Oak Bank, and am actively building relationships with business brokers as I identify acquisition opportunities.
My investment criteria include:
• Strong, consistent cash flow and profitability • Stable customer base with recurring or repeat revenue • An experienced management team already in place • A seller willing to provide a structured transition period after closing • Opportunities for operational improvement, leadership development, and long-term growth rather than distressed turnarounds
I am open to businesses in commercial services, B2B services, facility services, distribution, healthcare support, restoration, and other recession-resistant industries. My objective is to build upon an already successful business by investing in its people, operations, and future growth while preserving the culture and reputation established by the current owner.
