I'm a self-funded buyer looking to acquire one business in Eastern/Central Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or Southern New Hampshire, targeting $800k–$1.5M of SDE.
My background is 20+ years as a public-markets investment analyst within institutional finance, most recently at a large asset manager. I'm now moving from analyzing businesses to owning and operating one directly. I'm particularly interested in established product or service businesses with a repeatable sales and marketing engine, where I can add value primarily through operations — process, systems, efficiency, and margin discipline.
I expect to finance the acquisition with personal capital plus SBA 7(a), and my equity is liquid and available now.
