Post-close of a transaction, Wade will relocate to the business' primary location and focus his efforts on stewarding the company's growth for the long-term.
Additionally, Wade (Managing Partner) has executed numerous sell-side transactions ranging from $30M+ to more than $1B in enterprise value. He is experienced in all stages of a process and, alongside his partners, can efficiently execute a transaction. Previously, Wade served as a U.S. Army Special Forces Operator ("Green Beret") for 6 years.
