Carlton Mackenzie is a registered, licensed investment banking firm located in Dallas, TX. The two partners, Stuart Werner and Patrick Dewey, facilitate deal-flow with a collective fifty-five years’ experience in the securities industry.
Carlton Mackenzie is in the business of providing a select group of securities services, focused dominantly on institutional business expansion investments and pre-IPO trading. These investment projects typically range from $25-$200mn in size. Projects are primarily, but not limited to, US-based assets and operators. The partners are committed to establishing a strong and consistent stream of project deal-flow to accompany a wide array of institutional investors.
Our goal is to be an advisor of choice for our clients and a participant in U.S. financial markets. Our plan is to provide investment services in the U.S. initially and eventually expand to international markets. We are building a diversified client base, including corporations, financial institutions, government entities, and high net worth individuals.
