For fifteen of the past thirty years of my career, I have been the COO and CFO for several companies investing in and servicing the real estate industry. I have built and operated several businesses providing property management, asset management, and hotel management services. Additionally, I have been directly involved in the purchase, sale, development, and/or financing of over $1.5 Billion of commercial real estate across the country in every major asset class. This experience has given me the chance to learn what I enjoy doing and what I am good at which is understanding business opportunities and challenges and then developing and executing plans to drive improvement. I am conducting a full-time search to acquire my next business. The right opportunity will allow me to be involved in the day-to-day management of the business and let me bring my experience, capital, and passion to bear to help grow and drive the long-term future success of the business.
