I am an independent buyer and attorney actively seeking to acquire an established business services company in South Florida (specifically Palm Beach County). I am not a financial buyer. I intend to step into the business full-time as an operator, continuing what the founder built while applying legal, contract, and business development expertise to continue growth.
My background spans commercial lending, small business operations, real estate, and transactional law across multiple industries. I understand how businesses are structured, how contracts create durable revenue, how to build comradery among employees, and how to manage client and vendor relationships. I am not looking to flip. I am looking to own, operate, and grow for the long term.
I am pre-qualified for SBA 7(a) financing, open to seller financing as part of the deal structure, and prefer a transition period of at least 60 days with the prior owner. Clean books, recurring revenue, and a seller who takes pride in what they built are the right fit.
