Business Buyers Advocate is dedicated to just that - advocating for the Business Buyer, rather than the Seller. Founded in 2005 by Joe Warner, after years of working in a traditional setting representing Sellers, and occasionally Buyers. Joe preferred the later, and decided to focus on Buyers, both businesses wanting to grow by acquisition and individual buyers looking for good small businesses. We generally work in the transaction range of $3M to $15M. Some buyer clients are now beginning to retire, and have asked Joe to assist with selling the business he helped them buy years ago.
