I structure deals using a combination of SBA financing, seller financing, and earnouts where appropriate — I am not a distressed buyer and I move decisively on the right opportunity. My preference is for sellers who are open to a 12–24 month transition period to ensure continuity for employees, customers, and operations.
I bring a strong background in contract negotiation, financial analysis, and deal structuring from my career as a Senior Deal Strategist at New Relic, where I structure complex multi-year commercial agreements.
