FJ Leto is a Northeastern Pennsylvania based entrepreneur and operator with a career built on running relationship-driven service businesses. He is the President and CEO of a concierge medicine portfolio that operates physician practices, where his focus is the same discipline every service business depends on: responsive customer care, strong relationships, and dependable day-to-day operations.
Over the course of his career, FJ has built, managed, and grown companies across healthcare, marketing, hospitality, and wellness, giving him hands-on command of every part of a small business, from financial management and marketing to staffing and front-line service. He is also an active real estate owner and operator, including a short-term rental property in the region, so he understands firsthand the work and the trust involved in maintaining and managing property for others.
A hands-on leader with experience guiding companies through growth and ownership transitions, FJ brings both the operational know-how and the financial preparation to take on an established business and steward its team, customers, and reputation for the long term.
