I am an experienced operator and investor seeking majority or full buyouts of lower-middle-market B2B and business services companies. I bring 15+ years of CEO and senior operating experience with full P&L ownership across healthcare and services businesses, including scaling multi-site platforms and leading institutional transactions. I have served as President of Medici and CEO of Health By Design where I increased EBITDA, doubled margins, and positioned the business for a sale generating 2.5x capital returns. Previously, I was EVP of Operations at Intuitive Health, a private-equity-backed platform that had a 10x return, and held a senior operating roles at DaVita. My early career includes investment banking at Morgan Stanley and private equity at Resilience Capital Partners. I am targeting businesses with up to 4M+ EBITDA (it can be smaller), prefer Texas and Ohio-based opportunities, and take a hands-on, long-term ownership approach focused on continuity and growth.
