We are a search fund that consists of an ex-investment banker (Citi, Jeffries) and technology executives (Salesforce, Standard AI, IMO). We are looking to acquire and operate a small business for an indefinite period of time. We are generally looking at SMBs in the B2B space based on the West Coast of the U.S. Additional criteria include a minimum of 10 years of solid profits with a diversified base of repeat customers, a simple ownership structure (1-2 owners), sellers looking to retire, and operations in an industry that is unlikely to be disrupted by big tech.
