The firm was originally founded as Pritchard Energy Advisors and has a collaborative arrangement with Parkman Whaling Securities, LLC to focus on partnering on specific investment banking mandates. Effective, October 2015, Pritchard Energy Advisors, LLC became known as Pritchard Griffin Advisors, LLC.
