We are selling 1,500 gallons per month of additives to fleets.
We have partnered with Suarez Corporate Industries (SCI) for a comprehensive direct marketing launch in print, radio, TV, Internet, mobile and social media; using video, text and e-mail. SCI has completed test marketing and is in post-production for the video; we expect to scale up advertising and promotion in late spring. We have a mobile app for independent truckers and a direct marketing web site (www.Synergyn.com).
Business Model: We sell additives by direct marketing, retail fleet/commercial channels, in packages from two ounces to 300-gallon and in bulk. Retail and Fleet Gross Margins approximate 50 to 60%.
Production: outsourced under contract, using commodity chemicals as inputs. Readily scalable at existing plants to several hundred dollars million of revenue with minimal CAPEX.
Addressable Market: Addressable US market at wholesale prices is $5-15 billion; the global market is $30-60 billion. Current US additives market is $1 billion. Fuel and oil use is growing rapidly in the emerging markets.
