I'm a full-time buyer acquiring one business to personally own and operate in the Puget Sound region. Financing is in place: personal equity committed and SBA-backed with a bank support letter from Huntington Bank. I can sign NDAs same-day and move to LOI within two weeks of receiving financials. I have a full advisory team in place and intend to close on a deal in under 90 days post-LOI.
Background: 14 years in supply chain and finance leadership at Target, most recently running reverse logistics operations at scale. I'm not a financial buyer — I'll be in the building, running the business day-to-day, and building the team for the long term.
What I'm looking for: Owner-operated businesses with $500K–$1.5M EBITDA, a leadership team in place, and a strong, durable market position. I'm focused on distribution and technical repair & servicing industries. Open to adjacent businesses with similar characteristics and the need for strong operational leadership.
