We target companies with $400K–$1M in seller's discretionary earnings (SDE), purchase prices of $1.5M–$4M, and 2.5x–3.5x SDE multiples.
We're particularly drawn to businesses with recurring revenue, low customer concentration, and operations that don't depend on the current owner's daily involvement — service, consumer, or light-asset businesses with a clear runway for operational improvement.
Our principal brings a CFO and finance operations background — including SDE reconstruction, financial modeling, and post-merger integration experience — to every deal, enabling rigorous due diligence and a smooth transition for sellers. Acquisitions are backed by SBA 7(a) financing, with financing relationships already in place.
