Leadership:
Dr. Minao Shen, an accomplished aerospace and software engineer, brings his technical and leadership expertise to Axion as an entrepreneur and investor. With over seven years in motorsports and defense industries, he has led cross-functional teams of engineers, software developers, and technicians, honing his skills in operational management and technical innovation. His analytical prowess and ability to navigate complex technical landscapes make him adept at identifying and scaling manufacturing opportunities.
Dr. Shen holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from NC State University, MS and BS degrees in Mechanical Engineering, and is pursuing a Master in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida (expected early 2026), equipping him for successful business acquisitions and growth.
