Avra Properties, LLC is a privately held investment company that targets investment opportunities in the following industries:
1) Food manufacturers showing strong sales and distribution growth, regardless of size.
2) Experiential industries that have been hit particularly hard by the Covid-19 shut down, including but not limited to:
· Location-based leisure, amusement, recreation, and entertainment businesses.
· Concert venues
· Fitness facilities
· Hospitality operations, including: full service hotels, F&B and nightlife oriented businesses.
3) Real estate: We specialize in acquiring, developing, disposing, and managing distressed multifamily and residential properties. We seek to maximize returns through recognizing operating inefficiencies, repositioning under‐managed or under‐funded properties, and capitalizing on overlooked value enhancement opportunities. We acquire properties in all conditions and stages of development, ranging from turnkey newly-built or newly-renovated properties, value-add properties requiring significant to minor renovation, partially completed projects, and land for ground up development.
While the bulk of the acquisitions we make are for a 100% interest in the target company, we will occasionally partner with existing ownership and acquire a majority equity position.
