ATR is the industry leader in mission-critical procedure software and competency assurance solutions, including e-learning management. ExxonMobil recently chose SmartProcedures as their long-term procedure management solution for Global Operations. Additionally, Flint Hills Resources, the refining and chemical division of Koch, also selected SmartProcedures as their corporate standard for 10 sites. ATR's largest customer is the New York City Fire Department that uses its learning management software for tracking all training for FDNY's 18,000 employees.
History Founded by Elliott Lander in 1990, ATR's initial product, The The TDC3000 Expert-Trainer was among the first interactive training tools that brought training to the learners and into the control room. The TDC 3000 was translated in multiple languages, including French and Spanish and has been used to train over 150,000 plant operators around the world.
OSHA Process Safety Management Fuels Growth As OSHA's Process Safety Management program was initiated in the early 90's, ATR began producing a series of related software applications from training to change management and procedure solutions management.
Operation FDNY TeamBuild Partnering After 9-11, ATR formed Operation FDNY Teambuild and donated $750,000 of software and services to provide support in the rebuilding efforts of the New York City Fire Department after losing 343 first responders. HP Computers contributed another $750,000 of hardware, including servers, desktops, laptops and PDAs. ATR also sponsored a "Hope and Heroes" Art Contest for Houston-area high schoolers to raise funds and to honor our first responders.
Vanguard SmartProcedures - Advanced Procedure Technology In 2005, ATR began concentrating on its flagship product, Vanguard SmartProcedures to improve the usability and overall management for procedures throughout many industries.
