Atlas Components Group is a private acquisition platform focused exclusively on aerospace and defense fastener manufacturers and AS9120-certified distributors in the United States. Backed by [Leaf Group of NY], we are building a long-term consolidation platform in a fragmented, certification-gated segment of the A&D supply chain.
What we look for: $1M–$20M in revenue, positive EBITDA, fewer than 100 employees, AS9100 or AS9120 certification (or a clear 12-month path to it), CAGE code, and NAS/MS-spec capability. We focus on independent, family- or founder-owned businesses — typically owners planning retirement or succession — and do not pursue PE-backed platforms, corporate carve-outs, or divisions of larger groups.
How we work: We are a permanent-capital buyer, not a fund with an exit clock. Owners can expect a direct, confidential process with a single decision-maker, flexibility on structure (full buyout, rollover equity, or extended advisory roles), and a genuine commitment to continuity for employees, customers, and certifications. Real estate can be purchased or leased back at the owner's preference.
