I am an experienced marketing and growth executive seeking to acquire and build a high-quality lower-middle-market business for long-term ownership. I currently serve as Chief Marketing Officer of a financial services company, where I have helped scale a sophisticated customer-acquisition operation supporting hundreds of millions of dollars in annual revenue. Over my career, I have managed marketing teams of up to 14 people and budgets of up to $4 million per month, with hands-on experience across paid acquisition, lead generation, conversion optimization, CRM, affiliate and partnership marketing, analytics, creative strategy, and customer retention.
My acquisition focus is on established, consistently profitable businesses where strong fundamentals are already in place and my experience can help accelerate the next stage of growth. I am particularly interested in service businesses and lean, operationally straightforward product businesses with approximately $250K–$750K of SDE and purchase prices generally up to $2.5 million. I prefer companies with repeat or recurring customers, diversified revenue, capable employees or management already in place, and limited dependence on the owner for day-to-day operations or sales. Los Angeles-based opportunities are particularly attractive, although I will consider businesses elsewhere that can be effectively managed remotely.
My ideal opportunity is not a turnaround. I am looking for a durable, profitable business with a strong reputation and an established customer base where there is meaningful upside from improving customer acquisition, digital marketing, conversion, CRM, retention, partnerships, pricing, or other growth levers.
My goal is to become a committed long-term owner and build on what the seller has created rather than pursue a short-term financial exit. I value businesses with strong employees, customers, and cultures, and I approach acquisitions with respect for the legacy of the owner. For the right company, I hope to combine its existing operational strengths with my experience scaling customer acquisition and growth to build an even larger and more valuable business over many years.
