My partners and I are seeking to invest in and operate a residential property management business preferably in the U.S. or Canada. We are primarily targeting the single-family residential management segment but are also open to managers targeting multifamily units.
I have over fifteen years of private equity and credit experience and have invested in several companies in the middle market segment across various geographies including the U.S., Europe, and selected emerging markets. I have experience investing across a range of industries including financial services, real estate, business services, and consumer services.
My two partners each have nearly fifteen years of experience advising enterprises on their business strategy, and founding and operating medium and large businesses. They have had P&L responsibility in the companies that they have worked for.
We do not own a real estate broker license and will be seeking to obtain one. Given the requirements for licensing, we will seek to have the owner continue working with us for some time until we can obtain the requisite licenses. If you own a property management business that you are seeking to sell, we are flexible in negotiating a solution that will work for everyone.
