The platform is led by Vicente Garrido, an operator and investor with deep experience across investment banking, private equity, infrastructure, and energy services. He previously led the commercial fleets division at a Riverstone and OIC portfolio company, where he oversaw the deployment of large EV fleets and charging infrastructure. At Riverstone, he structured roll-ups in distributed solar and utility-scale renewables. Earlier, he executed over $30B in global energy and infrastructure transactions at JPMorgan. Vicente has raised capital from institutional investors across the U.S. and Emerging Markets.
