Amana Succession Partners (ASP) is a sponsored search fund dedicated to carrying forward the legacy of essential, skilled-trade businesses. ASP is backed by a group of institutional investors, family offices, and high net worth individuals, including Aspect Investors, Search Fund Partners, M2O Family Office, Futaleufu Partners, and Relay Investments, who have committed capital specifically to this strategy. ASP focuses on the skilled blue-collar industries that keep the country running, including industrial and commercial refrigeration, HVAC/R, and electrical services. We are seeking businesses nationwide with $2M to $5M in EBITDA in owner retirement, succession, or transition situations.
Led by a Stanford MBA operating full-time, ASP will step in to run the business day-to-day, not flip it or strip it down. Sellers and intermediaries work directly with the decision-maker throughout the process, with the discretion, respect, and urgency they deserve.
