Alitus Partners is a private equity firm managed by experienced operating executives rather than financial experts. Each of our managing partners have personally built companies from as small as a few million dollars of sales into businesses generating in excess of several hundred million dollars of revenue. Our goal is to acquire control positions in lower middle market companies, then use our hands on operating experience to help existing ownership and management realize potential which they can not achieve with their current resources. We not only know how to enhance the foundation of a business and generate organic growth, but the partners have successfully completed in excess of 75 acquisitions. We invest primarily personal capital and expect to hold a business for between 10 and 20 years while allowing opportunities for individual liquidity events during that period.
