I am currently in the process of setting up an LLC for my search fund, but I am currently an accredited individual investor. I have a deep background in Mergers & Acquisitions, having spent 10+ years across in investment banking (Credit Suisse), private equity (Warburg Pincus), and corporate development (Juul Labs). As a near-term next step for my career, I would like to use a combination of my personal net worth, as well as third-party debt capital, to finance a ~$3-$5 million acquisition of a US-based business that has potential for long-term growth and profitability.
