We are a group of 3 long-term partners based in the south east, currently looking to acquire a business with at least $1M EBITDA.
We have a combined 40+ years building and growing products in the Financial Services, Technology, Insurance and Transportation industries, building enterprise risk management solutions for large banking institutions and currently managing a team in charge of $10M in real estate rental portfolio.
We have no issues providing equity for an acquisition in the $1M-2.5M EBITDA so we are prepared to move quickly for any deal valued up to $10M.
