I’m now looking to acquire and operate a software business using my own funds. My preferred target is a profitable vertical SaaS company with a valuation of up to $3 million. While I would like to acquire a growing proftiable business, I am also open to a stagnant business that needs techinical upgrades to achieve a new stage of growth.
