I am seeking to acquire and grow an established business with a solid reputation, durable customer relationships, and a good team.
I bring more than 15 years of experience in investment, consulting, entrepreneurship, and business operations. I currently lead the Baylor Angel Network and serve as Managing Director of an affiliated investment funds. I have been involved in more than $60 million of capital deployed across nearly 100 companies, evaluating hundreds of businesses, leading diligence, making investment recommendations, and working with management teams, investors, and boards.
My investment experience spans technology, healthcare and medical devices, consumer products, and industrials. I currently serve as a board director of 6P Color and previously served as a board observer for Galen Data, a medical technology company.
I am open to acquiring a business outright or joining alongside an existing owner and transitioning ownership over time. I am looking for a long-term opportunity where I can build on what has already been established, support the existing team, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
