We're focused on B2B (business-to-business) companies six areas: managed IT/OT services, advisory and professional services, automation and systems integration, specialty industrial and low-voltage contracting, B2B industrial and specialty distribution, and engineered-products/controls manufacturing (flow control, electrical/instrumentation, automation OEMs). Many of the businesses we're targeting serve manufacturers, utilities, and industrial operators benefiting from the Southeast's reshoring and industrial investment growth, but have fallen behind on modern technology, automation, and operations.
