A1A Management Advisors LLC (“A1A-MA”) and its principals are primarily involved in the Senior Housing Industry. A1A-MA is a privately held limited liability company based in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. A1A Management Advisors, LLC is owned equally by the Principals, Alan D. Parrish and William T. Filippone. Mr. Filippone and Mr. Parrish have been business partners since 2005 and have owned and operated Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Memory Care Facilities and Independent Living Facilities in Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas. A1A –MA was formed to provide Management, Financial and Clinical Services required by industry standards. A1A-MA reports to Owners and Operators throughout the Southeastern United States. A1A-MA seeks to provide an increase in value to these Owners and Operators by providing cost efficiencies and increases in revenue by marketing and revenue enhancements.
The senior management has a broad range of combined experience in the senior housing industry which includes a) skilled nursing facilities; b) assisted living and memory care facilities; and c) independent living centers and cottages. The principals have also served as consultants to several developers throughout the United States.
