I am an operator-led buyer focused on acquiring and running one high-quality Environmental / EHS testing and compliance services business as a long-term owner-CEO. I am not a traditional private equity firm and am seeking a single platform acquisition rather than a portfolio of companies.
My background spans finance, operations, and strategy in both large enterprises and growth-stage companies, with deep experience professionalizing founder-led organizations, implementing pricing and operational discipline, and building durable management teams. I am particularly interested in businesses with recurring, compliance-driven revenue (e.g., environmental monitoring, industrial hygiene, air/water testing, EHS programs) where regulatory complexity and customer trust drive long-term retention.
Ideal targets are U.S.-based, founder- or family-owned businesses with $10–25M in revenue and $2–5M of EBITDA, strong accreditation and technical capabilities, diversified customers, and an owner seeking succession or a thoughtful transition. I place a high value on continuity for employees and customers and am open to flexible transition structures that allow founders to stay involved in a reduced or advisory capacity.
I am self-funded for the search, well-capitalized, and prepared to move efficiently and respectfully through diligence and closing once alignment is established.
