I’m looking to acquire a service-based business—such as home services, automotive care, or related sectors—with a strong day-to-day operator in place but clear opportunities for operational improvement and additional growth. Ideal candidates generate between $1.25mm–$2mm in SDE and are located in the Washington, DC metro area.
I’m a hands-on buyer with deep operational and financial experience, looking to invest long-term in a business with strong fundamentals and room to scale. Over the past 15 years, I’ve held senior executive roles in both public and private companies, including as CFO and General Counsel of a technology company where I led large-scale turnarounds, M&A transactions, and operational restructurings. I’m not a financial buyer looking to flip a business—I’m looking to build on the foundation a seller has created and help take it to the next level, while preserving its culture, people, and legacy.
Longer term, I’m also interested in rolling up complementary businesses to build a scaled platform in the space, while maintaining a local and people-first approach to growth.
