business in the Greater Houston area whose owner(s) are looking to transition leadership and legacy through a personalized
sale.
We are committed to a long-term, hands-on management approach. 3RS was founded on three principles:
o Continue and improve on the legacy of the business
o Invest in the people inside it
o Give back to the Houston community we call home
The partners bring complementary careers in industrial operations, deal-making and finance, and supply chain leadership. Two
partners will operate the business full-time; the third will serve as a board advisor. We are not a private equity fund — and we
are not buying to flip, strip, or resell.
