GaP Transaction Advisors served as the M&A advisor to DLG Infrastructure Services, a Houston-based provider of municipal water, sewer, and drainage infrastructure services. Founded in 2020, the company delivers maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation solutions, including trenchless pipe replacement, wastewater upgrades, and flood mitigation, and has completed nearly 1,000 projects across the greater Houston area.
DLG was recapitalized by Del Monte Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on essential infrastructure and industrial services. The transaction provides capital and strategic support to accelerate growth while enabling continued leadership by President Chris Scott-Ford, who retains a significant ownership stake.
